Draft EIR for San Benito County college campus available for review

A draft of the Environmental Impact Report for a proposed college campus in San Benito County is now available for public review. The report is available online at www.gavilan.edu/bond. The comment period closes at 5 p.m. Oct. 17. A public hearing will be held during the comment period at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, in the Veterans Memorial Building, Room 218, 649 San Benito St., Hollister. This will be an opportunity for residents to directly address the Gavilan College Board of Trustees.
